You have (or need) people with the skills and experience to help you achieve your goals. What do you do with them? Using Expertise is an on-going project that Innotecture is partnering on with Straits Knowledge and it’s different.
It’s different because much has been written about the cognitive aspects of individual expertise but much less on the organisational aspects of managing people with (and in some cases without) expertise.
It’s different because we are using narrative approach to begin exploring this topic. This means that we are collecting stories related to the topic and then using different activities to make sense of them:
